The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. A key focus of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with union partners, ensuring smooth negotiations and labor relations. The VP will also oversee large-scale recruitment initiatives, partner with executive leadership to drive culture and workforce engagement, and lead organizational development to support business growth and operational excellence.
