Overview The Brand and Content Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving brand presence, digital engagement, and content development across Global Protection Corps portfolio. This role manages social media, digital content production, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful communication across all channels. The manager will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing efforts. Must-Have Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Coordination Coordinate cross-functional brand initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce content optimization. Support brand and product development projects with mood boards, creative briefs, surveys, and collateral coordination. Assist with campaign execution, including messaging, promotions, website updates, advertising creatives, and partner assets. Social Media Management Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, cultural moments, and product launches. Draft copy, coordinate with designers, and schedule posts through approved tools (e.g., Sprout Social). Monitor and engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand-positive engagement. Create and publish short-form and story content (Reels, TikToks, Instagram Stories). Track performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations. Content & Asset Development Coordinate content production (photography, videography, UGC, digital assets) with external vendors and internal teams. Write creative briefs with clear direction for design and production teams. Oversee delivery and organization of assets, ensuring distribution across sales, marketing, PR, and online marketplaces. Influencer & Partnership Management Manage influencer and brand ambassador collaborations, from vetting to campaign execution. Provide creative direction, talking points, and product samples. Track deliverables, performance, and payments in partnership with finance. Public Relations Support Support media relations, including drafting press releases, alerts, and responses. Coordinate press mailings for launches and campaigns. Collaborate with PR agencies to align on campaign priorities and outreach. Project Management & Administration Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, ensuring timely execution. Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and recurring commitments across departments. Uphold GPC best practices and quality system procedures. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills Experience with

digital marketplace content optimization

(Amazon, Walmart, Syndigo). Ability to develop

enhanced product content

such as A+ content, secondary images, and storefront imagery. Skills in

video editing

and production for marketing and social media. Knowledge of PR campaign strategy and analytics. Familiarity with

content reporting tools

and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Understanding of packaging design and product positioning to support new product development. Previous experience in sexual health, CPG, or mission-driven consumer brands. Qualifications Candidates must have either a Bachelors degree in Marketing (or related field) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent level of professional experience and skills in marketing, branding, or content coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Google Workspace, and social media tools. Self-starter with a collaborative, proactive approach.
