POSITION PURPOSE The Southeast Michigan (SEMI) Market Neuroscience Director provides oversight of the SEMI Neuroscience Program and works with Neuroscience personnel to implement, coordinate and sustain both medical and inter-departmental components of the program. Provides oversight of the five SE Michigan Trinity Health hospitals. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field. Experience in the neuroscience service or field with increasing responsibilities and case complexities. Progressive management and leadership experience in an acute care environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Additional Preferred Qualifications

Neuroscience related certification, such as SCRN, CNRN, ASC-BC Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment (if applicable). What You Will Do

Leads SEMI Neuroscience Market and areas of responsibility across multiple campuses; responsible to meet objectives and deliverables to multiple senior leadership teams. Provides operations and / or optimization leadership focus; Multiple departments / specialties or division; May provide leadership and direction through managers or senior managers. Responsible for directing and coordinating / affecting large complex processes with strong dependencies and broad resources. Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness and results of large, strategic/diverse disciplines cross-functional teams or departments /areas / clinics over a large functional domain or multiple domains in a large geography. Accountable for ensuring organizational mission, values and goals are being carried out within a matrixed organization. Develops, implements, and administers the service line strategic business and financial plans in accordance with organizational strategic plan, integrating them into the daily program operations. Documents, communicates and revises plans annually to act as a guide for the entire service line. Develop and implement systems to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effective operations. Seeks to incorporate the use of new technologies and methods to improve clinical outcomes, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Challenges current processes to identify more cost-effective methods. Participates in ongoing quality monitoring, policy review, and process improvement activities related to assigned Clinical Services. Uses data from a variety of sources to support decision-making. Develops short and long-term plans for the department(s) in collaboration with the Medical Directors and key physician partners. Position Benefits And Highlights
