The Director will provide strategic, scientific, and operational leadership to the CTMC, a cornerstone academic unit designed to bring innovations forward to support and enhance clinical trial design, conduct, and translation—leveraging real-world evidence to inform and accelerate impact—across Advocate Health’s expansive national footprint. This individual will serve as the principal liaison between the CTMC and Advocate Health’s National Center for Clinical Trials (NCCT) and will be responsible for advancing scientific rigor, innovation, and equitable practices in clinical trials through coordination of a multidisciplinary team and the CTMC’s component units. The CTMC will be a critical component of the Wake Forest Clinical and Translational Science Institute, and the leadership of the CTMC will align with Clinical and Translational Science Institute leadership to ensure ongoing alignment. This is anticipated to be at a least 0.8 FTE position with an academic appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level, based on experience and qualifications.
