Senior Principal Systems Engineer

to lead in the execution of systems engineering development, integration, and analysis activities in support of Country Patriot products. This role will require communication skills to convey information to integrated product team leaders, the program manager, and the customer. This is an Onsite role in Tewksbury, MA. What You Will Do:

You will perform day-to-day high-level systems engineering tasks associated with the products we support. You will develop and mentor junior team members You will provide technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and support program efforts and proposal activities. You will interface with integrated product team leaders including software, hardware, and tests to develop and implement solutions. You will analyze system performance vs. technical requirements, research and make SW/Systems improvement recommendations. You will determine failure root cause and develop, design and implement solutions. You will present findings and solutions to stakeholders. You will travel up to 10% of your time to meet program requirements Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience Experience with design, development, and/or analysis of radar systems, software architecture or related systems Experience in Patriot operations and/or maintenance Qualifications We Prefer:

Advanced degree in EE, CE, Physics, Math, ME, Aerospace Experience collaborating with internal and external customers Experience writing reports and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders Experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems Requirements development and design related to Patriot products Experience with architecture design and requirement management using DOORS Experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Knowledge of systems software design, architecture, development life cycle and processes.
