Overview

Aspire IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to focus on developing cutting-edge e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and high-performing front-end user interfaces. The ideal candidate will master the end-to-end design process, from low-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes to final design specifications, ensuring all digital products follow best practices in mobile-first design, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and data-informed iteration within an Agile (SAFe/Scrum) environment. 12 months contract Responsibilities

Create a range of design artifacts, including low- to high-fidelity wireframes for front-end screens. Develop robust, clickable prototypes for user testing and validation with stakeholders and end users. Define detailed interaction states that align with backend system responses. Apply and enforce consistent UI patterns, corporate branding, and accessibility standards across designs. Iteratively refine designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and A/B testing results. Ensure all front-end designs meet WCAG and ADA accessibility requirements. Collaborate closely with QA teams during testing cycles to ensure design fidelity. Provide timely design clarifications and support to development teams during Agile/Scrum sprints. Create comprehensive design documentation and specifications for effective developer handoff. Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital product environments. Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration. Strong understanding and practical application of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Experience with design systems and component-based design thinking. Familiarity with WCAG and ADA accessibility best practices and commitment to inclusive design. Experience operating within a SAFe or Scrum Agile framework, including participation in design sprints. Ability to conduct data-informed design using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to guide product decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA). Job details
