What This Role Will Do
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries regarding shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access, VIP program and seat upgrades Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service; follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy Inform guests of Music Hall amenities and make recommendations Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating and reporting issues Suggestive selling of venue products and services where applicable Keep current on Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them to team members Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management to staff Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office Ensure responsible alcohol service per training and Live Nation policies Maintain line of sight at guest contact points and ensure Back of House security Lead all pre-shift meetings Communicate guest or team member issues to MOD and work with MOD to resolve escalated situations Complete incident reports and collect witness statements; assist MOD with ejection logs Work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue Required
Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations Skills in guest relations and staff relations; capable of assessing and anticipating special needs of guests Prioritization of duties and effective communication Ability to handle multiple tasks with an upbeat attitude Ability to read guests to anticipate needs and turn potentially negative situations into positive ones Strong team communication and ability to foster unity and camaraderie Preferred
Experience in a live music environment College diploma in related field Physical Demands/Working Environment
Fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment Extended periods of standing and being on your feet Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs with proper lifting techniques Equal Employment Opportunity
