Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access, VIP program, and seat upgrades Work through and address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure service standards are met Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy Inform guests of Music Hall amenities and make recommendations Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area and reporting issues Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and effectively communicate them to team members Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office Ensure responsible alcohol service per training and Live Nation alcohol policies Maintain line of sight at all points of guest contact and ensure security of Back of House areas Lead pre-shift meetings prior to start of shift Communicate to Management on Duty (MOD) any issues from guests or team members Work with MOD to resolve guest issues; escalate to management if needed Complete incident reports and collect witness statements Assist MOD with ejection logs and incident reports Required to work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue Required

Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations Skills in guest relations and staff relations; able to assess and anticipate special needs of guests Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues simultaneously with an upbeat attitude Read guests to anticipate their needs Turn potentially negative situations into positive ones Communicate well with team members and managers to foster unity Special requirements (Philadelphia Guard Card or equivalent certificate) High School Diploma required Preferred

Experience in a live music environment College diploma in related field Physical Demands / Working Environment
