Overview Our center provides opiate treatment services. The Program Director will design and deliver care that transforms lives and oversee daily center operations, staff supervision, compliance, and customer service.

Working hours Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6:00–10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of an opiate treatment program, including direct supervision of staff and performance in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.
Schedule and supervise staff, provide training and professional development, and supervise delivery of treatment services.
Evaluate clients' progress in treatment; implement company policies and procedures; ensure adherence to state, federal, and accrediting requirements.
Provide leadership development and mentoring of staff; execute and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs for staff and leaders (e.g., Counselor Supervisor, Nurse Supervisor, Medical Director, Office Manager).
Coordinate training and audit efforts with internal and external experts and teams.
Attend weekly team meetings and staff crisis intervention meetings.
Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center.
Maintain center infrastructure to high standards; manage urgent issues outside regular hours; monitor report-driven performance.
Manage center revenue and expenditures to meet budgeted targets; monitor scheduling to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
Report injuries, hazards, or security issues to HR with timely documentation.
Ensure staff qualifications and licensure/certification as required by authorities; ensure training on company policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance through testing, audits, surveys, and coordination of internal and external audits; drive Quality Improvement initiatives.
Assist in marketing and outreach to develop a robust referral network.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure as an LPN or RN in Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
with 5 years of A&D treatment experience in an opiate program and 1-year administrative experience.
Or
4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
in a related field, or
3 years with a Master's degree
in a related field from an accredited university.
Meets Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
Current driver's license.
