Social Media Manager

Brand Capture is a locally-focused social media agency with teams in DC and Boston. Our mission is simple: make social media personal by creating authentic content that connects brands to their communities. We’re looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to join our Boston team. This role is a great fit for someone passionate about short-form video, local businesses, and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment. Location: Boston, MA (remote with on-site content shoots) Employment Type: Full-time hours, compensated as a contractor Responsibilities:

Create and manage content across Instagram & TikTok Produce short-form video + graphics (Canva, CapCut/Adobe Suite) Join on-site content shoots with local businesses Build content calendars and social strategies Track metrics and report on performance Contribute to the growth of Brand Capture as a whole Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar Portfolio of short-form video work Skilled in Canva + CapCut (or equivalents) Passion for social media and local communities Interested?
