Opportunity Overview A leading, nationwide manufacturing organization is actively seeking a
Director of Enterprise Applications
to drive the strategic direction, optimization, and management of its enterprise systems. This is a key leadership position based in
Dallas, TX , offering a pivotal opportunity to shape the digital landscape across multiple business units.
You will be responsible for leading the applications strategy across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , as well as strong experience with
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
and
manufacturing ERP workflows .
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 F&O.
Drive digital transformation and process improvements across finance, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
Lead a team of internal and external ERP and application specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee ERP upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align technology with organizational objectives.
Establish governance, KPIs, and performance metrics for all enterprise applications.
Key Requirements
Proven experience leading enterprise applications in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations .
Strong understanding of
WMS ,
inventory control , and
manufacturing processes .
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
