Dynamics 365 Administrator (Remote) at ATI Restoration, LLC — Remote position. Job Description for D365: The Dynamics 365 Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (including Finance and Operations, Sales, or other modules, as applicable). The role will also involve managing system integrations with other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, Snowflake, Mulesoft, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and vendors, to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of D365 systems and integrations.
Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed. Manage updates, patches, and hotfixes through Lifecycle Services (LCS). Manage document management configurations within D365 F&O, ensuring the handling of records and document templates. Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards as required. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support user requests. Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and customizations. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
focuses on managing inventory, procurement, sales, production, and logistics.
Integration Management
Oversee and support integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, Mulesoft, Snowflake, Azure Active Directory, Power BI). Work with middleware platforms (such as Mulesoft or Azure Logic Apps) to ensure reliable data flow and synchronization. Collaborate with integration developers to design and troubleshoot APIs, web services, and batch interfaces. Manage and monitor data pipelines and automated jobs to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and timely execution. Participate in data mapping, transformation, and validation efforts during the integration design and deployment process.
Project Support And Enhancements
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. Participate in system upgrades, module deployments, and change management activities. Support UAT testing, documentation, and training efforts for new features or integrations.
Security And Compliance
Implement role-based security and ensure proper audit logging and monitoring. Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, user role reviews, and system control documentation. Maintain awareness of D365 platform changes and evaluate potential impacts on existing integrations and configurations.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or both). Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware like Mulesoft or Azure Logic Apps). Strong understanding of data structures, entity relationships, and security models in D365. Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O administration. Strong understanding of security roles, workflows, and system architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and performance tuning. Background in Finance and Accounting, ERP with D365 F&O. Ability to analyze support trends and recommend system improvements.
Target Base Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 This position can be remote (US Only) for the right candidate.
