Roles/Responsibilities: Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Schedule, Auto-Launched) for automation. Implement declarative automation tools like Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules. Develop Apex triggers, batch processing, and Visualforce pages to extend functionality. Create custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced UI and interactions. Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, and tools like Mulesoft or Postman. Manage data with SOQL/SOSL queries, optimization, bulk processing, and migration strategies. Ensure security through profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Follow development lifecycle with Agile, Git version control, deployment pipelines, and Salesforce DX. Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Flow Builder: Expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing Record-Triggered, Screen, Schedule, and Auto-Launched Flows for automation. Declarative Automation: Strong ability to implement Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes without custom code. Apex & Visualforce: Proficient in Apex triggers, batch processing, and Visualforce pages for extending Flow functionality. Lightning Web Components (LWC): Experience in custom component development for enhanced UI and dynamic interactions within Salesforce. Integration & API Development: Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs, external system integrations, and third-party services (Mulesoft, Postman, etc.). SOQL/SOSL & Data Management: Strong grasp of query optimization, bulk data processing, and migration strategies. Security & Access Control: Understanding profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules for maintaining proper data access control. Development Lifecycle & CI/CD: Experience with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
