Overview

We are seeking a technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, focused on driving adoption of our GenAI software products with a top-tier Cloud Service Provider (CSP). In this role, you will work directly with developers, product leaders and solution architects to improve the customer experience of NVIDIA’s AI software on CSP platforms. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with commercial go-to-market experience, a passion for developer advocacy, and the ability to articulate how NVIDIA technology solves real-world challenges. What You'll Be Doing

Map and track the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies. Serve as the trusted technical advisor and champion for your designated CSP's developers to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines. Advise on technical enablement resources (sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, tools) to illustrate applications of NVIDIA technologies. Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies. Engage with CSP engineering teams and decision-makers to identify goals, tackle technical challenges, and promote standards for successful integrations. Collaborate with NVIDIA field teams to identify lighthouse customers and leverage findings to increase software adoption. Advocate for CSP technical needs and provide feedback to NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams with actionable insights from field deployments to influence roadmaps. What We Need To See

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years overall experience with 6+ years in an AI/ML software development environment or working with developers in these areas, and at least 5+ years of business development activities. Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or CSPs. Significant technical proficiency in cloud services, and AI/ML frameworks and libraries. Excellent listening skills with the ability to distill sophisticated technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience leading technical teamwork with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, mentoring, and delivering technical talks or workshops. Proven track record of structuring and implementing technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external partners (across sales, legal, product or marketing as needed). Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions. Familiarity with NVIDIA AI libraries (NeMo, Triton, TRT, Dynamo, etc.). History of building and growing developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs. Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineers, researchers, executives, and cross-functional teams at NVIDIA and partner organizations. Self-starter with a desire for growth and continuous learning. Salary and benefits: Base pay range is $224,000/yr - $356,500/yr for Level 5, and $272,000/yr - $425,500/yr for Level 6.
