Senior GTM Developer Relations Manager, CSP — We are seeking a technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to drive adoption of NVIDIA GenAI software products with a top-tier Cloud Service Provider (CSP). In this role, you will work with developers, product leaders and solution architects to improve the customer experience of NVIDIA AI software on CSP platforms. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with commercial go-to-market experience, a passion for developer advocacy, and the ability to present how NVIDIA technology solves real-world challenges. Responsibilities
Map and track the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for your designated CSP's developers to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines. Advise on technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems. Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies. Engage with CSP engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, tackle technical challenges, and promote standards for successful integrations. Collaborate with the NVIDIA field organization to identify lighthouse customers and leverage findings to increase software adoption. Advocate for the CSP’s technical needs and provide feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of overall experience with 6+ years in an AI/ML software development environment or working with developers in these areas, and at least 5+ years in business development activities. Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or CSPs. Significant technical proficiency in cloud services and AI/ML frameworks and libraries. Excellent listening skills with the ability to distill sophisticated technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives. Experience leading technical collaboration with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops. Proven track record of structuring and implementing technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external collaborators across sales, legal, product or marketing teams. Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions. Familiarity with NVIDIA AI libraries (NeMo, Triton, TRT, Dynamo, etc.). Successful history of building and growing developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs. Natural connector and communicator who can build trust with engineers, researchers, executives, and cross-functional teams at NVIDIA and partner organizations. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Application Details
