What You Will Be Doing: TransPerfect Digital Marketing helps global brands connect with audiences through data-driven strategies, multilingual campaigns, and innovative technology. As Director of Business Development, you’ll drive growth by introducing clients to our full suite of digital solutions—including SEO/SEM, content creation, performance marketing, and global campaign management. This role is ideal for a dynamic business developer who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, and who wants to help the world’s top companies amplify their brand on a global stage. Description: Meet with prospects/clients and deliver sales presentations Create customized project proposals and cost estimates Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Aggressively pursue new business opportunities with prospective as well as existing clients Work closely and in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager during the creation of project proposals and project launches Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in vertical markets/look for new ways to grow business within vertical markets Develop and implement sales initiatives Achieve sales quota to meet and exceed the established minimum Provide open, clear two-way communication at all corporate and client levels to ensure alignment with meeting strategic goals - domestic and/or international Who We Are Looking For: Required Skills: At least 5-10 years of experience in business development BS/BA required or equivalent work experience Superior written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the Internet and related technologies Willingness to learn new techniques, be open to challenges, and thrive on success Why TransPerfect: For more than 25 years, we have honed a culture where all kinds of ideas are shared and new ventures are not only welcomed, but also encouraged.
