Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Regional Director of Business Development
to lead growth and development efforts across our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in the St. Louis region. This leadership role focuses on driving census growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive census growth and revenue expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and other key stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends
Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement customized business plans
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success
Lead and manage the Admissions and Marketing Team in STL
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry (SNF experience required)
Proven track record of driving census growth and revenue expansion
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to travel frequently within the St. Louis region (up to 75%)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience with data analysis and market research tools
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems
Certification in healthcare sales or business development (e.g., HCS, HCS-D, etc.)
