Perform daily billing activities, including Proforma generation, timecard summaries, rate updates, and client reports for Partners and Attorneys. Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and acceptance of invoices on a monthly basis, resolving any billing issues and ensuring invoices are approved and billed. Implement client Outside Counsel Guidelines and fee arrangements accurately, processing electronic invoices efficiently and resolving any rejections or reductions. Collaborate effectively with the billing team, finance team, and other firm departments, assisting with special assignments/projects and training/mentoring new employees. Manage the billing operations for the Firm's largest and most complex client relationships, acting as a billing advisor to attorneys and maintaining administrative responsibilities. Key Qualifications

Billing experience within a LAW FIRM required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to use advanced Excel features. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service orientation. Additional Job Details
