Senior Instructional Designer

DC Area - Onsite

Duration: 6+ months . The Senior Instructional Designer will lead the full lifecycle of technical training and change management solutions, serving as a strategic partner to our client. This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging, SCORM-compliant digital learning using tools like Articulate 360 and Captivate, and includes creating video content and end-user communications to support system adoption. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training needs and communications analyses for technical rollouts. Design curricula and develop digital, instructor-led, and blended training solutions. Create eLearning modules, storyboards, videos, job aids, and communications materials. Facilitate webinars and workshops; support end-user adoption. Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex content into accessible learning. Ensure SCORM compliance and LMS integration. Manage multiple project timelines; travel as needed. Qualifications: Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory. Proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and video editing. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Experience working with SMEs and in client-facing roles (preferred). Ability to travel as required. Job Details
