The Sr. Director, Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for the strategic marketing activities and revenue goals of the Astound Business Solutions group. They will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and strengthening Astound Business Solutions’ position in the telecommunications industry. The role is the primary liaison to the Corporate Marketing team, collaborating on brand strategy and representing the Commercial Services interests on corporate campaigns and projects. The Sr. Director, Marketing will also interface with local systems and serve as an advisor to the SMB teams to increase SMB subscribers. Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategy for Commercial Services aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and market expansion. Represent Commercial Services in brand strategy development. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Interface with local systems and SMB counterparts. Create and execute internal and external Marketing Communication strategies for Commercial Services consistent with corporate style. Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products. Campaign development: oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy through market research, campaigns, events, digital/social marketing, direct marketing, PR, branding, content strategy, promotions/pricing, and product launches. Manage and maintain marketing analytics; adjust plans based on data to optimize performance. Support sales regions by providing tools, materials, and presentations to meet objectives. Guide day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensure objectives are tracked and met. Develop Go-To-Market strategies for products, solutions, and Commercial Services as a whole. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Collaborate with product management to define marketing strategy, materials, and programs. Develop marketing support for Partner, Carrier/Wholesale, GEMS, and Cell Backhaul teams. Enhance customer relationship management and document the customer journey. Oversee social media presence and programs to improve reputation and recognition. Analyze competitive environment and industry trends; apply learnings to campaigns. Develop strategies to drive connects and revenue; create standalone initiatives to drive activity. Strategize projects to position in markets and recommend tactics, channels, and partnerships for positive results. Manage outside vendors and events as needed. Create Sales Enablement programs and campaigns to educate the sales force on products, market landscape, buyer personas, and ABM/sales skills. Drive awareness of Commercial Services in the market and within the company. Other duties as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing (preferably B2B) with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry (preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth; direct marketing experience with targeted segmentation; strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management; excellent analytical skills for data-driven decisions; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The base salary range for this position in specified locations is $165,000 - $205,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, and commission where applicable. Actual pay will vary based on skills, experience, and capabilities.
