Tesla's Supplier Industrialization team is responsible for critical component development and qualification activities with suppliers. The Supplier Industrialization Project Manager position will drive and coordinate timelines and deliverables across GSM / Design Engineering / Test and Reliability teams, facilitating the communications and execution among those teams.

What You'll Do
Represent the Electronics Supplier Industrialization organization in meetings with cross functional teams to provide updates on program status, highlight potential risks and outlining / track proposed solutions and mitigating steps
Create presentations, data visualizations and executive summaries to have a data driven decision-making process
Analyze and create a complete Supply Chain strategy for the program assigned to you, for the organization to follow during strategic decision-making tasks
Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Manufacturing, Engineering, Reliability, Test and GSM
Define and drive execution key metrics as well as all project requirements like design readiness, sourcing progress, supplier readiness, status on program milestones, among others
Continuously monitor and measure project processes and activities to ensure no delays to the project and that potential risks are identified in a timely manner and properly escalated
Manage project timelines and resources and ensure risk mitigation actions are identified and in place to ensure successful project launches
Facilitate technical discussions like DFM, Capacity, Quality and Process Concepts development
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Supplier development and management experience
At least 5 years of experience in project management, consulting or product management (Data Analytics, Automotive or Manufacturing experience is a plus)
Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g., Power BI, Tableau (or similar)
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, and experience creating polished business presentations
Strong communications skills, including with executive or high management presence
Highly collaborative, team oriented and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up technology environment and deliver excellent results

Expected Compensation $88,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
