Our client is seeking an experienced
Contract Recruiter
to support a leading technology company in the marketing and communications space. This is a high-impact, hybrid role (2–3 days per week onsite in MA) handling full-cycle hiring across multiple commercial functions. What You’ll Do
Manage
full-cycle recruiting
for roles in Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other commercial teams Partner with hiring managers to scope positions, craft job descriptions, and design effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for high-volume requisitions Drive the interview process from screening through offer and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience Maintain accurate records and reporting within the ATS What We’re Looking For
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
in a fast-paced internal (corporate) environment Track record of hiring for
commercial roles
(sales, success, support) at scale ATS proficiency required
– Greenhouse experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities Availability for 40 hours/week, with 2–3 days onsite in Greater Boston Employment Details
