We are seeking an experienced

Senior Contract Recruiter

to support Commercial hiring across a high-growth

rare disease biopharma company . This role will focus on sourcing and hiring talent across

marketing, market access, commercial operations, and field-based roles

in a highly specialized therapeutic landscape. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the nuances of rare disease commercialization and brings deep experience recruiting in the biopharma space. Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for Commercial roles, including marketing, patient services, market access, field sales, and commercial operations. Partner closely with Commercial and HR leadership to define hiring needs and shape role requirements specific to rare disease markets. Source, engage, and qualify candidates with experience in

rare disease

or

specialty pharma , emphasizing high-science storytelling and launch experience. Deliver a white-glove candidate experience while balancing speed and quality. Maintain accuracy and visibility across the hiring pipeline through regular updates in the ATS. Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and candidate feedback to support decision-making. Serve as a brand ambassador for the client’s mission in the rare disease space. In Addition

Closely partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build sourcing and marketing strategies, job descriptions, and messaging to attract top talent. Proactively source and engage with active and passive talent. Contribute to various social media campaigns to create awareness of our company as a top employer. Types of roles: Commercial and clinical roles. Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the

biotech or pharmaceutical industry , with a focus on

commercial functions . Experience recruiting for

rare disease , orphan drug, or ultra-specialty products strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing expertise, particularly in identifying niche, high-caliber talent. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and industry networks. Boston-area candidates preferred; occasional onsite presence. Ideal for a contract recruiter with strong
