Overview
Growth Marketing Manager – TikTok Ads will drive advertiser acquisition and product adoption through performance campaigns on TikTok. You will partner with cross-functional marketing teams, regional leads, creative strategists, and product and analytics stakeholders to execute high-impact paid media initiatives. Use performance data and creative insights to inform campaign strategies and drive growth through full-funnel marketing tactics. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-minded, and collaborative, with a deep curiosity about how brands can grow using TikTok Ads. Responsibilities
Develop and execute TikTok-first paid media strategies focused on advertiser acquisition, education, and engagement within the TikTok platform Plan and launch TikTok ad campaigns across multiple regions, optimizing for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Partner with other acquisition marketing leads to optimize campaigns and drive holistic internal lead generation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new creative formats, messaging, and targeting strategies Analyze campaign data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and inform future strategy Maintain awareness of competitive performance marketing trends across platforms and regions Align campaign execution with broader marketing roadmaps and global priorities Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years in paid media, growth marketing, or performance advertising with a focus on B2B or product-led growth Experience planning and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns, ideally on TikTok Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to guide decisions Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager or similar platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders Understanding of creative best practices for social video advertising Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, attribution methodologies, and conversion optimization Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth or tech environments Proficient in English; Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing required to support APAC clients and stakeholders About TikTok

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128,000 - $244,889 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and RSUs. Benefits include health coverage from day one, a 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time, prorated on hire with tenure-based accruals.
