About the Role:
As a
Growth Marketer
at ESW Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth across our direct-to-consumer, marketplace & social media channels. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking across paid advertising, email/SMS, e-commerce, retention marketing, and CRO. Youll lead performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok, manage our Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and TikTok Shop storefronts, and oversee lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Operations to support new product launches, optimize user experience, and identify scalable growth opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone with 57 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of scaling digital channels. to drive revenue and improve conversion rates Develop and execute paid media campaigns across

TikTok , optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV) Lead
email and SMS marketing
through Klaviyo, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing Execute and enhance
retention marketing strategies , including loyalty, post-purchase, and reactivation campaigns Analyze website and funnel performance; lead
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
initiatives across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, emails, landing pages, and UGC content Monitor and improve
product listings , SEO, advertising strategies, and content for our D2C, Amazon and Faire Support
influencer, affiliate, and UGC programs
as part of the broader acquisition and awareness strategy Own digital marketing budgets and channel forecasting; allocate spend based on performance and growth targets Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), turning insights into actionable strategies for scaling Conduct
competitive analysis and market research
to inform channel strategies and product positioning Partner with Sales and Operations to align promotions, inventory, and launches across all digital channels Identify and test new channels, features, or tools to unlock additional growth opportunities Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 57 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital e-commerce Proven experience managing DTC growth strategies, including paid ads, marketplaces, and email marketing Strong technical skills across platforms:
Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Faire, TikTok Shop & Excel Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding digital growth KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and apply learnings quickly Experience with A/B testing and CRO best practices Strong project management, time management, and cross-functional communication skills Creative, self-motivated, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing programs is a plus Must be available for in-office collaboration at our NJ location and needed in-person events such as photoshoots, events, comp shopping, etc Job Information Full-Time Role Compensation: $75K + bonus Location: Hybrid must be based in the NJ/NYC area and able to commute to our New Jersey office (when requested) Benefits Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits 401(k) with 4% equivalent employer match 80 hours of PTO Volunteer Time Off Employee Discount
