Our creative agency client is seeking a nimble, solutions-driven
Account/Project Manager
to keep ideas moving and work on point. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the hub of project execution - bringing clarity, collaboration, and accountability to every step. From managing scopes and schedules to trafficking media assets, overseeing vendors, and supporting the account team, you’ll be the calm in the creative storm and the reason things run like clockwork. What You’ll Do
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables using Monday.com Coordinate flawless asset delivery across media partners and platforms Oversee vendors, contractors, and freelance resources Lead execution of print, digital, social, video, and experiential projects Partner with account/creative leads to support client-facing work Refine processes and ensure quality-control standards Assist in planning and executing live and virtual events What You Bring
3 - 4+ years in project management, production, or account management (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, social, video, print, email) Familiarity with media specs, print production, and vendor coordination Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office; video production and agriculture-industry experience a plus Seniority level
