Social Media & Community Manager
who lives at the intersection of lifestyle and internet culture—someone who can translate Pixio’s brand ethos into content and community moments that feel bold, expressive, and undeniably human. Role Overview
As Pixio’s Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll own the voice and presence of the brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and beyond. You’ll craft stories that make people stop scrolling, build connections that turn fans into advocates, and ensure Pixio feels less like a “brand” and more like part of people’s lifestyle. This is a culture-shaping, lifestyle-driven role—you’ll not only spot trends, but set them. You’ll collaborate across teams to weave Pixio into conversations around gaming, creativity, fashion, and setup culture. Key Responsibilities
Build and own a multi-platform organic social strategy with a lifestyle lens (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit). Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly editorial calendar that integrates product launches, brand collabs, and cultural moments. Create and publish daily content (videos, memes, UGC, behind-the-scenes) that feels platform-native and community-first. Stay plugged into trends, subcultures, and aesthetics to keep Pixio ahead of the curve. Community Engagement
Be the authentic, approachable voice of Pixio across all channels. Actively engage with fans, creators, and cultural touchpoints through comments, DMs, Reddit, and tagged content. Identify and elevate superfans, brand evangelists, and loyal customers to fuel advocacy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work with the Content & Production Specialist to ensure platform-specific creative is optimized. Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in amplifying influencer and UGC content. Coordinate with CRM and Growth teams on cross-channel moments. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, share of voice, and content performance. Generate insights from audience behavior and social trends to inform creative direction. Use social analytics tools to report progress and recommend strategic shifts. Skills & Experience
Must-Haves 5+ years managing social channels for lifestyle, gaming, or youth-focused brands with proven growth. Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit, both as a strategist and a user. Ability to create or brief content that looks and feels native to the platform. Strong copywriting skills, especially in short-form, witty, lifestyle-driven formats. Passion for internet trends, gaming, and cultural aesthetics (setup culture, fashion, design, creator economy). Organized, collaborative, and able to balance creative flow with structured execution. Bonus Points Experience running social for a lifestyle brand (fashion, tech, consumer goods, or creative culture). Background in DTC and/or gaming-adjacent categories. Experience moderating Reddit communities. Hands-on experience with tools like Later, Sprout, or Buffer. History of growing trend-driven accounts with strong engagement. What Success Looks Like

Our social presence consistently drives traffic, signups, and product demand. Fans, creators, and customers see Pixio as a brand that gets them—a lifestyle they want to be part of.
