$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Job Title : Senior Manager Experiential Marketing Location : Los Angeles preferred (with travel to NY, SF, and Miami) Reports To : Director of Marketing & Communications About The Role The Senior Manager Experiential Marketing is a strategic and creative leader responsible for developing and executing impactful experiences across The Future Perfect’s locations. From high-touch exhibition openings and client dinners to brand activations, cultural partnerships, and event-based collaborations, this role is central to shaping how audiences engage with The Future Perfect in-person and beyond. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in luxury, design, and culture, with the ability to deliver polished events while also thinking expansively about brand moments across markets. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events and activations across NY, SF, LA, and Miami Develop a multi-market experiential strategy that aligns with brand, sales, and audience goals and materials to support growth Program and produce gallery openings, VIP previews, collector dinners, design fair events, press moments, and off-site activations Identify and develop brand partnerships, cultural collaborations, and rental opportunities that enhance TFP’s visibility and reach Manage all external vendors and production partners to ensure seamless execution Work closely with PR and marketing teams to amplify events across media and digital channels Own event budgets, reporting, and success metrics Travel to support activations in all gallery markets as needed Other tasks as needed Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally within luxury, design, or cultural organizations Demonstrated ability to lead both intimate and large-scale events across multiple cities Proven strategic thinking and creative vision, paired with meticulous execution Strong network and understanding of luxury and design-related partnerships and vendors Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills Calm, resourceful, and detail-oriented, even under pressure To be considered for this role, please submit your resume and cover letter to gail@thefutureperfect.com Additional Details
