Position Summary: The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of integrated digital advertising programs for key DAC Group clients. This role leads strategies and activities related to paid search, paid social, OLV, display, and other critical channels within our core offering. What You’ll Do

Become an expert in biddable paid media. Produce weekly/monthly reports covering all paid media channels and performance data. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners. Provide ongoing analysis and monitoring of paid search and display campaigns, proactively expanding and improving them based on client needs. Build, launch, optimize and maintain paid search and display campaigns via Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and other platforms. Conduct search ad copy and banner ad testing to drive performance improvements. Perform keyword, placement and market research to inform campaign additions and optimizations. Coordinate conversion tracking with the Marketing Science team and traffic campaigns through CM360; understand Google Analytics. Perform QA on campaign setup and post-launch activities. What You Bring

2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, display, and video campaigns. Agency background in performance media preferred. Be prepared to discuss KPI improvements in interviews. Experience leading client relationships, contributing to strategy, and presenting to clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to distill messages for different audiences. Proficiency with 3rd party bid management platforms (e.g., DoubleClick, Kenshoo). Ability to design campaign structures on Google and Microsoft Ads aligned with business needs and best practices. Ability to produce reports and provide insights on campaign performance. Budget tracking across campaigns and multiple search engines. Ability to create campaigns across multiple locations/geos and lines of business. Experience driving conversions with landing pages, and providing optimization recommendations. Ad copy testing and testing of ad extensions. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and their integration into campaigns. Excel skills: data export, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, charts; strong data visualization ability. Strong ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and diligent execution. What You’ll Get

How We Work

This role requires three in-office days per week. Fully remote work is not available for this position. Salary and Benefits

The projected compensation range is $70,000 to $90,000 USD. Salary is determined by location, experience, and multiple factors. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in DAC benefit programs. Equal Opportunity
