Lead Recruiter

We are seeking a Lead Recruiter who will drive end-to-end hiring efforts for Delivery and R&D functions while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on recruiting responsibilities with leadership duties, ensuring both individual hiring targets and team-wide goals are achieved. Role Overview Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across Delivery and R&D. Own individual requisitions while ensuring consistent high-quality delivery against hiring needs. Set, monitor, and report on team performance metrics and drive accountability for meeting shared goals. Partner closely with Delivery and R&D leadership to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles. Drive a data-driven recruiting culture, ensuring consistent use of metrics to track progress and improve outcomes. Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding. Support employer branding initiatives to position Turing as an employer of choice in the global talent market. Qualifications 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity. Proven track record of hiring for technical roles in Delivery, R&D, or related functions. Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse). Demonstrated ability to manage individual requisitions while leading a high-performing team. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
