We are seeking a Lead Recruiter who will drive end-to-end hiring efforts for Delivery and R&D functions while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on recruiting responsibilities with leadership duties, ensuring both individual hiring targets and team-wide goals are achieved.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across Delivery and R&D.
  • Own individual requisitions while ensuring consistent high-quality delivery against hiring needs.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team performance metrics and drive accountability for meeting shared goals.
  • Partner closely with Delivery and R&D leadership to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Drive a data-driven recruiting culture, ensuring consistent use of metrics to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Turing as an employer of choice in the global talent market.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles in Delivery, R&D, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage individual requisitions while leading a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth, or startup environments is highly desirable.
