EisnerAmper . We are seeking a Director for our Research & Development Tax Credit practice. You will thrive in a growing environment and provide clients with exceptional services. We provide R&D tax credit consulting for all potentially eligible industries, from the scoping phase to defending claims with federal and state tax agencies. This includes C-corporations, S-corporations and partnerships. A portion of our client base monetizes the R&D tax credit as a qualified small business via the payroll tax credit offset. What Work You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for managing and coordinating R&D tax credit consulting services for clients. Preparing the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services. Research and consult on technical matters and special projects. Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service. Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects. Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 10+ years of Accounting experience and/or Research & Development Credits (R&D) Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or other CPA or equivalent About EisnerAmper and the Team
