Architect and implement transformative academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and daily educational practice Spearhead academic quality control through systematic reviews and mentorship of academic leadership teams Transform complex educational data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our learning acceleration model Orchestrate strategic initiatives that maintain laser-focus on exceeding student achievement goals Be the face and voice of educational innovation, from delivering compelling keynotes to shaping policy discussions with education ministers worldwide What You Won’t Be Doing
Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don\'t scale Producing theoretical research disconnected from real student achievement Creating management layers that dilute accountability for results Falling back on theoretical arguments instead of demonstrating concrete impact Director Of Academic Excellence Key Responsibilities

Higher degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech environments with documented exceptional student outcomes Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to enhance learning velocity Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles Excellence in performance management and ability to inspire peak performance in high-achieving teams Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders Nice-to-have Requirements
Leadership experience in innovative educational ventures or experimental learning environments Proven ability to navigate diverse educational ecosystems across cultural and geographical boundaries Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom\'s 2 Sigma research About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
