At 2 Hour Learning, we have accelerated learning through AI-powered tutoring and mastery-based progression, enabling students to achieve twice the results in just two hours daily. As our Director of Academic Excellence, you will be the cornerstone of our educational transformation. This role aims to go beyond incremental improvements and reimagine how students learn, with the model already producing strong results and a need to amplify impact across diverse educational environments. What You Will Be Doing
Architect and implement transformative academic frameworks that bridge learning science theory and daily educational practice Spearhead academic quality control through systematic reviews and mentorship of academic leadership teams Transform complex educational data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in our learning acceleration model Orchestrate strategic initiatives with a laser focus on exceeding student achievement goals Be the face and voice of educational innovation, from delivering compelling keynotes to shaping policy discussions with education leaders worldwide What You Won’t Be Doing

Scale our revolutionary academic model by harmonizing implementation across school networks, establishing world-class leadership benchmarks, and championing an evidence-based movement that transforms educational paradigms through demonstrated success. Basic Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech environments with documented exceptional student outcomes Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to enhance learning velocity Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles Excellence in performance management and ability to inspire peak performance in high-achieving teams Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders Nice-to-have Requirements
Leadership experience in innovative educational ventures or experimental learning environments Proven ability to navigate diverse educational ecosystems across cultural and geographical boundaries Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom’s 2 Sigma research About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
