Primary Responsibilities
Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust Discover and identify customer business growth needs Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and achieve objectives Pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof) Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer growth plan Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans documented in CRM (Proof) Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively Propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative selling skills Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management Manage customer issue resolution and identify opportunities to support customer needs and business growth Adapt the selling approach based on customer buying styles and needs Stay informed about competitors and positioning of SGWS products Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in CRM (Proof) Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Ability to analyze and understand data Ability to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances Responsible and committed to providing high-quality service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management Effective communication and ability to tailor messages to the audience Ability to be nimble in ambiguity and embrace change Team player; works collaboratively Capable of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver\'s license, and ability to obtain/maintain auto liability insurance per SGWS requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to travel as needed Minimum age 21 Physical Demands
Regular activities may include sitting and typing on computer or mobile device May involve walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping Driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours May lift/push/pull up to 56 lbs EEO Statement
