We are seeking a Permanent Construction Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure our projects are completed within budget. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations related to construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage and process pay applications, change orders, and lien waivers. Conduct percentage of completion accounting and manage work in progress (WIP) schedules. Utilize accounting software such as Timberline, Sage, and Vista Viewpoint to track and report on project financials. Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Coordinate with clients to process AIA documents and other financial paperwork. Review and analyze project costs and profitability. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the construction industry. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting or a related role. Proficiency in construction accounting software such as Timberline, Sage, and Vista Viewpoint. Familiarity with pay applications, percentage of completion accounting, lien waivers, change orders, WIP schedules, and AIA documents. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze project costs and profitability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
