Overview
West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Anesthesiology have multiple openings for Pediatric Anesthesiologists (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate(s) will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV. WVU Medicine is West Virginia University's affiliated health system and a national leader in patient safety and quality. Responsibilities
Practice in the areas of Pediatric Anesthesiology. Provide excellent patient care. Actively teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain a state medical license. Completed anesthesiology residency program and pediatric anesthesiology fellowship program. Board certified or eligible in anesthesiology. For appointment at Associate Professor or Professor ranks, demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals are required.
