DENTAL DISPENSARY SUPERVISOR, Clinical Affairs - Administration Location: Boston, MA, United States. Full-Time/Regular position. Salary Grade: Grade 47. This role supervises staff in operating and maintaining all dispensaries, ensures adequate inventory levels and availability of dental materials and clinic supplies for patient care, workshops, and licensing exams. The position oversees the digital equipment registry, prepackages dental materials according to various dental procedures, and provides training on proper instrument handling. The role also manages work schedules, timesheets, and productivity. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to participate in board exams preparations administered at GSDM. This is a flex schedule position and may require Saturday & Sunday work schedules. Must be able to read, write, comprehend English, follow detailed instructions, and communicate effectively to fulfill duties. Responsibilities
Supervise staff in operating and maintaining all dental dispensaries. Determine adequate inventory levels and ensure availability of dental materials and clinic supplies for patient care, workshops, and licensing exams. Oversee digital equipment registry and prepackage dental materials according to procedures. Provide training on proper instrument handling. Manage work schedules and timesheets; maintain productivity levels. Deliver excellent customer service and function as a team player. Participate in all board exam preparations administered at GSDM. Adapt to a flex schedule, with possible Saturday & Sunday work. Read, write, comprehend English, follow detailed instructions, and communicate with others to fulfill duties. Qualifications
