Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. Coach and mentor partners, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Operate with an entrepreneurial mentality in a sales-focused setting. Maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills; solve problems effectively. Model and uphold standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Qualifications

3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US military service. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application. Ability to work full time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with hours that may exceed 40 per week. Additional information
