The IT Director – Supply Chain Planning, Digital Transformation is the senior IT leader responsible for the plan, build, run (PBR) strategy and execution for the SC Planning Digital Transformation value-stream, which includes Manufacturing Demand Plan, Supply plan and Inventory Plan as well as Integrated Business Planning. The main areas of accountability include but are not limited to the following: Serve as the IT Supply Chain Planning Leader partnering with business owners to create an IT vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of the SC Planning Digital Transformation strategy and vision. Develop business case proposals, financial investment forecasts, and annual business budget plans. Develop and execute against the SC Plan Digital Transformation IT strategy and roadmap. Establish and ensure communications relevant to all stakeholders. Manage end-to-end cost and performance of projects/programs and products. Advise business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate high-level business needs into technological solutions so the portfolio of IT solutions aligns with business priorities and objectives. Manage the SC Plan Application Portfolio lifecycle and resources inclusive of Ideation, Demand Management, Financial oversight, Solution Architecture, Solution Delivery and Solution Support. Build and maintain a comprehensive milestone plan for the overall portfolio, based on the current plans of each constituent project to monitor overall progress of the portfolio. Lead the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of different projects to build best-in-class architecture. Build and manage Solution Development & Run teams to perform against deliverables, schedules, quality and SLA’s. Manage sourcing, relationship, contract lifecycle and service level agreements with 3rd party solution & services providers. Engage in Portfolio Reviews to analyze portfolio level metrics, and review progress, resolve dependencies and risks, review capacity allocations, identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Promote and develop IT industry best practices across product life cycle, including but not limited to code quality, code reviews, configuration management, configuration over customization, testing, release management, etc. Proactively define and monitor performance and KPIs, drive continuous improvement and lean six-sigma mindset to identify and eliminate true root-cause of issues. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with 10+ years of managerial experience (people and/or program management), or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13-year prior IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience (people and/or program management) 5+ years relevant experience working with Supply Chain functions, principles, and processes and IT solutions across demand planning, supply planning, Inventory planning. 5 + years IT Application Support Experience inclusive of Testing, Incident and Problem Management Nice To Have (preferred Qualifications) Demonstrated experience and responsibility for IT strategy and team management. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience working with manufacturing operations and 5 years SC Planning IT solutions. Demonstrated experience and responsibility for IT strategy with build and run team management. Strong experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, advanced planning system (APS), analytics and their interactions in the support and management of supply chain processes, operations, and master data Experience with Blue Yonder Planning Solutions, SAP and Anaplan Knowing when to push an agenda and when to let a situation develop, rest, or advance. Highly developed communication skills Ability and comfort with working at executive level. Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels. Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods. Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables. Proven track record delivering exceptional IT results/outcomes, leveraging SDLC. Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value. Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting. An outside-in focus - Outstanding end customer/consumer relationship skills Solid understanding of IT and manufacturing assets and capabilities.
