Overview
General Manager - New Acquisition! As a General Manager with Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) you will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You’ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment. This role will lead the team for a new acquisition and will be based in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
You will report to the Regional Director or Vice President.
A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and experience.
Three (3) to Five (5) Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.
Hilton Experience, Highly Preferred.
GSS Turnaround Experience, Required.
Ability to lead Revenue and Sales Disciplines.
Essentials
Eligible to work in the United States.
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
The ability to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, handle objects, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift items as needed for the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
