Business Development Manager – IT Staffing & Services (Bay Area)
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to win net-new accounts in the Bay Area across Series B+ startups and large enterprises. This is a pure hunting role. Success is measured only by new account openings and net-new revenue.
Deliver
$1.5M–$2M net-new revenue in the first 12 months . Build a
$5M+ qualified pipeline by the end of Q2 . Close first deal and generate billable revenue
within 90 days . Responsibilities Penetrate Bay Area Series B+ startups and large enterprises. Leverage existing network and hunt aggressively for new logos. Prospect, cold call, and secure executive meetings weekly. Negotiate and close high-value staffing and services contracts. Report weekly progress on pipeline, deals, and revenue. Requirements Proven record of
net-new client acquisition
in IT Staffing/IT Services. Bay Area network with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Talent, and Procurement. History of
exceeding $1M+ annual new business quota . Hunter mindset, high activity levels, and quota-driven. Strong negotiation and closing skills. No “relationship managers.” This is a
