AWS is seeking a Head of Business Operations - Strategic Partnerships to lead operations for our Partnership Acceleration & Co-Innovation Team (imPACT360). Launched in late 2024, imPACT360 plays a pivotal role in transforming how AWS and Amazon engage with strategic customers and partners. The team drives complex, high-value engagements that span across Amazon's diverse portfolio of entities, including AWS, Amazon.com, Amazon Ads, Kuiper, and other business units. As part of Amazon Strategic Initiatives, imPACT360 operates at the intersection of AWS's most strategic customer relationships and Amazon's broader business objectives. The team comprises seasoned Corporate Strategists who architect and execute sophisticated partnership strategies, alongside forward-thinking Product Managers who are developing next-generation AI-powered tools to enhance our strategic capabilities. This role represents a distinctive opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a high-visibility team during its formative stage. Working directly with senior leadership across AWS and Amazon, you'll help define and implement the processes, metrics, and systems that will scale our impact. The dynamic nature of our work provides extensive opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the overall strategy of imPACT360 is integrated into operational planning and execution. Own and execute the rhythm of business processes including OP1, OP2, QBRs, WBRs, team offsites, and stakeholder updates. Advise team Director on strategic priorities, resource allocation, progress assessment, and solutions to key challenges. Drive annual planning process, including goal-setting, tracking methodologies, and alignment with broader AWS/Amazon objectives. Implement robust systems to track monthly, quarterly, and annual progress against goals and KPIs that span across multiple Amazon entities. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 8+ years of operations experience in tech, preferably in areas like sales, product management, partnerships, or procurement Proven ability to quickly learn complex business environments and build trust with diverse stakeholders Strong data analysis skills and experience using metrics to drive operational improvements Experience in business strategy development and change management Preferred Qualifications
