Location : 1455 McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035
Duties Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Firmware into final deliverable. Design, document, implement, and unit-test Firmware. Work closely with hardware teams to develop new SoC designs and platforms. Write Firmware design specifications and customer documentation. Assist hardware engineers to isolate hardware issues. May work remotely 2 days per week within normal commuting distance of Milpitas, CA.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s experience which must include the following:
Embedded C programming;
Knowledge of embedded systems;
Real Time Operating System (RTOS);
ARM Cortex processors;
Python programming
Writing device drivers for the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI);
Writing device drivers for communication peripherals
*The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
Salary $229,590 per year
