Build and lead the US sales org (AEs, SEs, SDRs) with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and retention Own the go-to-market motion, including outbound, pipeline generation, and enterprise sales execution Partner closely with product and customer success to shape solutions aligned with client needs Close and oversee 6–7 figure multi-year enterprise contracts Report into the CRO, with accountability for ARR growth and expansion into new verticals What We’re Looking For
Track record of scaling ARR from early to triple-digit millions in B2B SaaS Proven success in building and leading enterprise sales teams Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (finance, insurance, healthcare a plus) Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, evolving startup environment Strong executive presence and ability to win trust with C-level stakeholders What You’ll Get
