About the Role The Senior Director, Personal Office Growth & Execution is responsible for leading the execution of key client experience, advice innovation, and growth initiatives within NorthRock’s Personal Office Wealth Management group. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes, including revenue growth, efficiency improvements, and enhanced client advocacy. Reporting directly to the SVP, Advisor & Client Experience, this leader will provide insight, direction, and execution support across initiatives critical to the firm’s success. What You Will Do Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and market expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into actionable strategies and execution plans Monitor and analyze internal operations, industry trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Prepare and present execution plans and insights to senior leadership, including data-driven recommendations Act as a key liaison between working teams, advice leadership, and executive leadership Conduct market and field research to refine strategies and influence decision-making Design, develop, and lead training programs to enhance sales and practice management capabilities Manage and lead strategic projects and initiatives from inception to execution Drive change management efforts, ensuring new processes and technologies are adopted effectively What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required 10+ years of experience in financial services, sales strategy, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven ability to develop and execute firm-wide strategies driving growth and efficiency Expertise in market research, training content development, and project management in wealth management Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions and levels Exceptional communication skills, including presenting to and reporting for senior leadership Strong project leadership and change management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Who You Are Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and connect initiatives to long-term outcomes. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry. On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
