About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Strategy & Execution is a senior leader who partners across departments to drive strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role serves as a critical integrator for the Executive Team—ensuring priorities are clear, stakeholders are aligned, and barriers to progress are removed. What You Will Do
Lead and manage the strategic and annual business planning process, aligning department goals and quarterly rocks across the organization Track execution of firmwide priorities, proactively identifying blockers and enabling accountable owners with tools, communication, and support Connect financial planning with strategic priorities to ensure appropriate resource allocation Facilitate executive offsites and firm planning sessions that generate alignment and forward momentum Partner with the COO, CFO, and CEO to support high-priority initiatives where executive capacity is limited Design and implement internal and external communication strategies to support strategic alignment and transparency Act as a change leader across the organization—developing tools, training, and communications to support successful adoption of key initiatives Lead and manage enterprise-level strategic initiatives across departments and offices Support and champion the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across the organization Identify and remove execution barriers in large-scale projects by working cross-functionally with leaders and teams Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficiency, alignment, and value across firm initiatives Support procurement and vendor alignment efforts related to M&A, multi-office operations, and growth strategy Coordinate executive-level meetings and firmwide events, including All-Staff sessions, QBRs, and end-of-year celebrations Serve as a liaison to the Office of the CEO and broader leadership team to ensure clarity and connection across business units What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or related) preferred 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or program execution Strong financial and strategic acumen; able to connect strategy to execution Experience with project management and planning frameworks (OKRs, EOS, etc.) Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and managing competing priorities Change leadership experience, ideally in a growth-oriented firm Who You Are

The estimated base pay range for this role is $131,000 – $166,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. We offer comprehensive benefits, including a company-funded ESOP and strong retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare/dental/vision coverage, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO). Physical Requirements: Occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Repetitive Duties: Extended periods of sitting and computer use, plus repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry. On-Site Presence: Much of the work is performed at a desk or workstation, with occasional movement throughout the office to provide in-person support and attend meetings.
