We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, People Analytics to elevate RBI’s talent strategy through data-driven insights, executive storytelling, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions. This role will lead high-impact analytics projects, scale self-service infrastructure, and deliver actionable workforce insights to senior HR and business leaders. You’ll manage a growing team of two direct reports and play a key role in advancing a data-first culture across the People function. You’ll partner closely with HR Tech, Talent, and business leaders to design and execute initiatives that span the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, internal mobility, performance, engagement, and retention. Proficiency in Python is required, as you’ll work hands-on to automate and scale analytics tools. Experience with Workday Report Writer is strongly preferred. This position is based in

. Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end people analytics projects – from intake and scoping to delivery – across dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and ad-hoc insights Define and maintain core talent metrics, aligning with HR and business priorities to support data-driven decision-making Deliver executive- and board-level presentations and materials to support strategic workforce planning Manage and coach a Sr. Analyst and Analyst, developing technical skills, business acumen, and insight fluency Design and scale self-service tools and dashboards (e.g., One Model, Power BI), ensuring usability and data quality across functions Oversee Workday reporting, including calculated fields, and collaborate with HR Tech on reporting enhancements and governance Build and automate reporting workflows using Python and SQL; support data pipelines and large-scale HR data transformation Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives that address the “so what” and “now what” for stakeholders Establish intake and prioritization processes to manage cross-functional reporting needs effectively Continuously improve data quality and infrastructure across systems to support enterprise analytics Lead delivery of regulatory reports, SOX controls, and standard People reports with consistency and accuracy Qualifications & Skills
6 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Strategy, or a related analytics field Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, HR Analytics, or related field Advanced proficiency in Python (automation, modeling, transformation); SQL experience a plus Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer; familiarity with One Model, Power BI, or similar tools Experience creating and scaling KPI frameworks, self-service tools, and dashboards for HR and business partners Proven ability to coach and manage analytics talent, including analysts and junior team members Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills – can translate insights into action for senior audiences Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple high-priority projects Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
