We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Branding Coordinator to play a key role in shaping Won & Co.’s upscale brand presence while driving creative marketing and branding initiatives for our clients’ businesses. Drive marketing and branding for both Won & Co. and our clients’ boutique healthcare practices, gaining hands-on experience across multiple upscale brands. Strategic Exposure:

Build and maintain upscale brand identities for Won & Co. and our boutique healthcare clients. Create & Lead Campaigns:
Develop engaging content across digital and in-person channels from social media and websites to events and community campaigns that drive visibility and engagement. Drive Digital Growth:
Apply SEO best practices, track analytics, and design/manage websites to optimize performance and user experience. Elevate Visibility:
Draft press releases, pitch stories, and support PR initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate & Influence:
Partner with leadership and client teams to align marketing and branding with business growth goals. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content. Strong photo and video production/editing skills. Design proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PR and media relations. Knowledge of SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights). Proactive, creative, and resourceful — you bring fresh ideas, not just execution. Experience with website-building platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace) strongly preferred. Highly organized multitasker with exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, Design, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (internships accepted). Portfolio or samples of prior work required — may include social media accounts, PR pieces, websites, or design projects. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$47,000 – $55,000, depending on experience and skillset. Full-time role with advancement opportunities as Won & Co. expands. Paid Time Off (PTO). Medical insurance coverage.
