Talent Acquisition Supervisor , you will oversee HGA's internal recruiting team and drive strategic hiring initiatives across HGA's architecture, engineering, planning, and support functions. This role blends hands-on recruiting with leadership, requiring deep industry knowledge, tech-savvy sourcing skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy : lead and mentor an internal recruiting team focused on A&E and support roles; partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics; develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm culture and business goals; and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices. Full-Cycle Recruitment : manage end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles (e.g., architects, engineers, project managers); source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative techniques; conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination; and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Technology & AI Integration : leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, resume screening software, chatbots) to streamline sourcing and improve efficiency; and use AI insights to optimize job postings, reduce bias, and enhance candidate engagement. Process Optimization & Compliance : review and update job requisitions to attract diverse, high-quality candidates; ensure compliance with internal policies, university guidelines, and labor regulations; maintain ATS accuracy and documentation standards; and track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health). Collaboration & Branding : partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding; collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance employer branding in the A&E talent market; and represent HGA at industry and campus events to build awareness and talent pipelines. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services, creative, or design-driven firm Proficient in applicant tracking software platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, JazzHR, Lever) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms Exposure to employer branding initiatives Experience supporting internship or early-career programs a plus Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools and techniques, including resume parsing, automated sourcing, and candidate engagement technologies Salary Information:

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Pay Range: $100,700 - 121,200 (Washington, DC) or $85,900 - $103,400 (Minneapolis, MN) depending upon qualifications and experience. Additional Information:
